I have been using the Microderm MD by Trophy Skin for a week now. The first thing I noticed is that the instructional dvd did not work which was pretty disappointing as I was wanting to us this immediately after receiving it. I called the customer service number and they sent a replacement out for me. Meanwhile, I didn't even consider waiting for a week for the new dvd to arrive. I started to use the machine immediately. Although it would have been nice to have the instructions right away, this machine in auto mode virtually guides you along. It tells you how long to use it. Which way to use the wand for each area on your face, neck, and chest. It has absolutely made a difference in the feel of my skin but I think it may take more than a few uses to tell the difference in the appearance. I have been using this Mon, Wed, and Fri followed by a serum. The filter is always full when I am done with use even though I am having been using it every other day. The only downside to this unit is that the replacement pieces seem a little costly (tips, filters, etc). Looks like they come with enough filters for about 3.4 months and the tip is supposed to be replaced every 6 months. I received this unit at a discounted rate for my honest review.

I have been using this machine for a week now and, so far, I am extremely pleased with it. The very first time I used this, I was shocked by what came off of my face. I had been using a very expensive skin care system with the exfoliating brush, which I thought was doing a great job at getting my skin clean, but I was so very wrong. This has made a huge difference in my skin. It feels so soft and looks a lot better since I have been using this machine. I will clean my face, then use this machine, wash my face again and follow up with a moisturizer. I can't stop touching my face. It's so soft. The machine is very easy to use and with some practice, it gets easier. The auto function walks you through the entire process. It shows you on the display which areas to clean and beeps when you should move on to the next area. The different tips are very useful and I really like the one for applying your lotion. You also receive an instruction manual and DVD, 100 filters, o-rings, 3 tips and a cleaning brush. This is quite expensive but I believe it is totally worth it. I'm looking forward to seeing more improvements in my skin with continued use of this machine. I love it!!

Your able to adjust the level of suction to suit your specific need and what's best is that it has an Automatic and Manual selection. In the Automatic selection your shown the area your need to be going over, the normal level of suction intensity for that area is used and your timed so that you don't over do it! The entire microdermabrasion process takes only 5 mins!! I had visible results after the first week of use, my pores ( which are pretty big in my cheek area) weren't as visible and the oiliness of my face was less than usual too. My advice for anyone considering this product, GET IT! It took me years to learn how to take care of my skin and then months to find products that support my lifestyle and work well with my face, I found it with MicrodermMD and urge you to take my advice and avoid going through all of my past problems with facial care.
