Well, let's just start by saying the packaging is very nice as well as the brush. I don't know what they changed but this formula is horrible. It is so hard to blend. The shadows are too thick and chunky if that makes sense. And i've had to literally use my other palette's to complete a look I started. Message to Urban Decay...don't try anything new stick with what you know.
