Apply liberally at least 20 minutes prior to sun exposure. Spray evenly onto skin from the neck down and massage into skin. Do not spray directly onto face; spray sunscreen into the palm of one hand and use fingers from your other hand to apply to face. Reapply after swimming or perspiring heavily, and at least every 2 hours when skin is exposed to sunlight.

I use this product for everyday coverage for all skin that is exposed to the sun. I have oily skin and even though this product seems like it has a slightly oily consistency it absorbs quickly and spreads easily. I feel like it's lighter than other spf products. I love it!
