The only good thing about this shampoo was its scent. It completely dried out my hair, sucking the moisture out when I applied it. It doesn't lather, which is a plus or minus depending on your outlook. I had to deep condition my hair after using this, and threw the bottle in the trash I was so aggravated at being deceived. Should have known, grapefruit and dyed hair don't mix!

Comments about PHYTO Phytocitrus Restructuring Shampoo, Color-Treated Hair, 6.7 oz:
I started using Phytocitrus Restructuring Shampoo, along with the restructuring mask, about 5 years ago and my hair has never been healthier! Since I'm now more - ahem - 'mature' and color my hair to cover the gray, my hairdresser recommended that I use the Phytocitrus products for color treated hair. I now wish I'd been using them all of my life since they make my hair shiny and silky smooth. I absolutely love this shampoo - from the way it makes my hair look and feel to the wonderful subtle citrusy smell:-)

Comments about PHYTO Phytocitrus Restructuring Shampoo, Color-Treated Hair, 6.7 oz:
I have fine but fairly thick color-treated hair that has a little wave to it. I've been using Aveda for years and had become increasingly dissatisfied. My hair was looking dull and didn't feel soft anymore. The first time I used this shampoo along with Phytomist (?) leave-in conditioner even my husband noticed a difference. He thought I had gone to get my hair cut and colored. My hair, no longer weighed down, bounced (looking a little shorter), was finally shiny and soft again, and the color brightened ten-fold. The best part is that I didn't have to use any product and my hair stayed that way for three days, including the day I washed it. Only having to wash my hair every third day makes the cost worth it. I have never used any kind of beauty product with such dramatic results after the first use.

Comments about PHYTO Phytocitrus Restructuring Shampoo, Color-Treated Hair, 6.7 oz:
I received a sample of this with an order and I am now ordering it. Most people do not realize that a low sudsing shampoo is a sign of quality. I have a lot of fine, curly/wavy hair that is colored and I straighten with a flat iron. This, along with conditioner, renders my hair silky, shiny and soft with a lot of body!
Comments about PHYTO Phytocitrus Restructuring Shampoo, Color-Treated Hair, 6.7 oz:
Lather is not what cleans your hair. A sparing amount of this shampoo is plenty. When used properly, this is a wonderful shampoo that is well worth the money.
Comments about PHYTO Phytocitrus Restructuring Shampoo, Color-Treated Hair, 6.7 oz:
I've had highlights for many years and a friend of mine suggested Phytocitrus. I had been complaining about my color fading and becoming brassy. I use Phytocitrus once to twice a week as recommended and alternate with my usual shampoo. I've noticed my hair color is alot more vibrant for longer especially right after using it. I did however make the mistake initally of using it everyday and boy did my hair get dry, definetly read the directions.
Comments about PHYTO Phytocitrus Restructuring Shampoo, Color-Treated Hair, 6.7 oz:
This is not any better than much cheaper drugstore conditioners.
Comments about PHYTO Phytocitrus Restructuring Shampoo, Color-Treated Hair, 6.7 oz:
I did not like this shampoo at all, hence the 1-star rating. I was so disappointed, as I had tried it because I'd seen it recommended in several magazines. It doesn't have much lather, and I found it made my hair feel dry. Your money is better spent on Keratase Bain Miroir #1, MUCH better product for the money.
