The color of this eye shadow is very nice - I would assimilate it to 'sand dunes with a hint of diamond." It looks really gold and shimmery on (it seems to be lighter in tone on my eyes than the pictures represent.) It's gold, but not over-the-top-flashy, which I like. A good evening choice, or even day time choice (for the right person.) I'm always pleased with product from this brand, and this one was no different. Love the color name as well.
