My skin tone is fair to medium, this blush is so pretty. Very natural color. It is build able so you can apply a tiny bit for a hint of color, or more for a more noticeable blush effect. It is such a nice, subtle shade that you can't really over do it -- which is great for someone like me who is oftentimes in a hurry and I can get heavy-handed with my cosmetics if I'm not careful! Definitely recommend - 100%.
