Antioxidant Shampoo Directions: Wet hair thoroughly, gently lather throughout hair and scalp. Gently massage scalp for 15 seconds. Leave on hair for 30 seconds and rinse out. For best results follow with follicle stimulator or conditioning treatment. Follicle Stimulator Directions: After cleansing with antioxidant shampoo, apply 12 sprays of follicle stimulator throughout scalp. Gently massage scalp for 15 seconds. Avoid running down face. Rinse after 1 minute, towel dry or follow with conditioning treatment. Temporary redness will appear on scalp and forehead for about 25 minutes. Conditioning Treatment Directions: After shampooing and follicle stimulator, apply conditioning treatment throughout hair, rinse and towel dry. Hair Volumizing Treatment Directions: Apply hair volumizing treatment throughout hair into towel dried hair. Do not rinse out. Style as desired.

I was hesitant the first couple of times because the stimulator ran down my face, neck, etc and it burned. I called the company and they gave me good instructions....to only spray on the crown of the head....( I had been spraying all over the head ). They assured me if I did the crown that the liquid would spread and nourish the entire head. I was also told that after a few uses the hair loss would be less noticeable....and that has happened. I love the way it makes my hair feel....squeaky clean...and the smell is very nice. My hair is perfectly straight so I use the volumizing spray and it does a nice job too. I am very pleased with this product and their customer care department was most helpful.
