Always brush through any product you use to fill your brows. This will ensure that it looks like a great eyebrow, not a "made up" looking brow. Draw Highlighter end along underside of entire eyebrow and blend with your finger for a visual "lift" to your brows! Also, add highlighter to inner corner (tear ducts) of eyes and along eyelids to wake up tired eyes! |
