Comments about COUVRe Scalp Concealing Lotion, Dark Brown, 1.25 fl oz:
I reviewed this product before. I think there is a bit of a learning curve in terms of how much product to use. Now, I find this product ideal for around my hairline/temples. I just have to use an extremely tiny amount, but I can run my fingers through that area and none or a negligible amount comes off. Using this little, the color isn't quite as dark as my actual hair, but it's close enough to make the whiteness of my scalp way less jarring. I find my hair looks best when I use this product in the hairline/temple area (due to how natural it looks) and Toppik hair building fibers very lightly layered over it (and then Toppik fibers in the back). Also, I have hair that looks a bit disheveled the day after I've showered (I can't brush it when it's dry), but someone with more behaved hair could easily go 2 or 3 days without washing their hair and I think this product would still look fine. In my original review I tagged it as smelling bad, and it still does IF you blowdry your hair with it in. I think the smell is temporary, but I also use a nice-smelling hairspray and have gotten compliments on how my hair smells, so it can't be too bad.

Comments about COUVRe Scalp Concealing Lotion, Dark Brown, 1.25 fl oz:
I bought this product hoping it'd work better than Toppik fibers and allow me to go swimming without totally messing up my hair. I'm a woman with fairly diffuse hair loss, but in terms of my self esteem, what affects me most is the area around my hairline/temples. This product actually does a better job of looking natural than the fibers do, at least in this particular area of my scalp, but it comes off VERY easily. If I touch my hair at all I'll see some of it on my fingers, and this is while using as little as possible and following the directions. That said, I will finish the bottle because I do like how it looks - it's just not something I'll ever wear when sleeping in anyone's bed but my own. The color is also perfect for my hair (I find the Toppik dark brown slightly too dark, but it's the best option). My scalp can also be sensitive sometimes, and this doesn't seem to irritate it at all.
