Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every 2 hours. Use a water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating. Sun Protection Measures. I was using too much at first and learned I did not need that much. Holds all day with no creasing.I use cream blush and goes right on top very well.
I use Medium. I am a fair skinned 100% Italian mother of 2 girls and in my mid 40's with Melasma. I was looking for something to hide my Melasma but not feel to heavy. This is my second bottle. It goes a long way.

Medium was too light and too orange and tan was too dark. I mixed the 2 and it still wasn't a good match for my NC35, slightly yellow undertone. And it was shiny and greasy - I powdered after application and it still looked greasy and seemed to sit on top of my skin. Not comfortable and did not last for more then 2 hours before it started to split up and mix with the oils in my skin. I used several primers and a mattifier to try and prevent the problem but it didn't help. I also did not like the smell - like a medicine. My skin just did not like it.

I was looking for a pretty light bb cream with good spf. I found this to be much too heavy, more like a foundation. It was difficult for me to blend naturally and I ended up mixing it with a face lotion to dilute the chalkiness of the formula. Might work well if you are looking for more coverage and get a good match for your color. I sent it back and am returning to my favorite drugstore brand.

I am surprised by the pigmentation of this product. It offers great coverage and it blends seamlessly and looks very natural. I have combination skin with a slightly oily t-zone. I have to put primer on my nose otherwise this product is super shiny in that spot and slips off. I'm disappointed by the color selection. Medium is slightly too dark for me in the winter but light is almost grey looking. Oh, and there's a smell that fades quickly but I'm surprised the product has lemon oil or bergamot in it because I thought those were photosensitive ingredients.

This is a great product for providing good coverage, even skin tone, and long lasting physical sunscreen. It is not a good moisturizer, nor is it drying; however, it will help seal in moisture for about 8-10 hours (depending on relative humidity). I've been using this CC cream for the past 2 years and have had no problems with sensitivity. For me, it was difficult to apply the first couple of times; since then, it is quick and easy--I even do this on the commuter train in the morning. Highly recommend!

Although it has been recommended that most people use the medium shade, it turns out in reality that the medium shade is light brown.....very muddy looking on the face....not even a hint of pink or flesh tone...just light brown. Very disappointing. It would be nice if you can purchase a smaller tube to experiment with the color tones.

I hate wearing full foundation everyday, but needed something on my face to cover minor flaws/discoloration. This one did the trick! I don't buy into the whole BB/CC cream hype; I like to think of this product as a light-coverage foundation. It covers surprisingly well though! I use the fair shade. It is a little yellow for me, but since it's light-coverage it's very forgiving. I love using this every day with concealer. It takes a long time to set, so I go ahead and set it with a translucent powder. It smells like oranges, which I like, but if you don't like scented products you might not like this. Be careful about which primer you use with this. I prefer the way it looks without a primer, but if you do use one, make sure it's silicone-based, since this product is also silicone-based, otherwise you will notice your primer and this product separating after awhile.
