These are the perfect size and shape to minimize my plantar fasciitis pain. I attach them directly to my feet and they fit well in all of my shoes. The problem is the adhesive is not strong enough to keep them attached to my foot. They slide throughout the day. I have to take my shoes and socks off, peel the petal off and reapply. I would just throw them away except they are the perfect size and they solve the problem but just for a little while. Dr. Jill's brand (Amazon) attachable arch pads stay firmly but they are not the right size.
