I started experiencing a lot of hair loss a few years ago because of stress and medications, and eventually came across Phyto. I noticed I was losing much less hair in the shower within a couple months. After about six months, I also started to see new hair growing in. However, my skin started to break out a lot with clogged pores. I reduced taking the pills from two a day to one a day and my skin looks good again. Plus, my supply lasts twice as long! My hairdresser always comments that my hair feels really good when I go to get it cut.
This product is part of my daily regimen and I recommend it! If you get side effects like skin breakouts, try cutting the dose in half.

With so many reviews here, I decided to purchase a bottle. In about 2-3 weeks, I swear my hair grew an inch! I've also used Frederic Fekkai Beach Hair and it made my head just full of voluminous, sexy, thick hair. I was so impressed!! BUT!! (here it comes...) it made me break out!! It was so bad, my dermatologist put me on antibiotics. Ugh. Perhaps it is the biotin content as was stated on a previous review...who knows??....just be aware and happy shopping!

started my 3rd month of use. i noticed a difference in my eye lashes in two weeks. my hair is thin and my eye lashes are thin to the point that there were bare patches along my lash line. Now my lashes are completely filled in, no more bare spots. hair will take a longer time to really see a difference. i will continue to use product because i saw a difference in my lashes. if it works there, it must work on my hair.

You must take 2 daily, preferably on an empty stomach, for a couple months before you see results. I lose a LOT less hair in the shower than before taking these vitamin supplements.

You must take this daily for it to work, and it took several months for visible results. You won't grow a full head of hair but it has filled in thin spots at the temple and stopped excessive hair loss.

This product is original in that in combines, essentially, a multi-vitamin with the ingredients of a good Omega-3 supplement and rice bran oil (from which y-Oryzanol is made.) If the y-Oryzanol is the "key" ingredient to this product's effectiveness,then it's worth the money. Otherwise, you might want to try just taking a multi-vitamin and a good Omega-3 every day. You'll need to compare the ingredients, but my "similar products" list those that have the same ingredients, in actually higher doses. You can also find oryzanol by itself. Total cost for the three products that will last you 2-3 months would be around $32.

These pills are amazing. As someone who takes supplements daily, I was astonished at how quickly I saw results. Within a week; I noticed a line at my nail beds which marked the time when I started taking these pills. The line has since grown out and as it grew- I realized the the area behind the line (new growth) was considerably stronger and thicker than my natural nail. I purchased these to improve my nails but I have certainly noticed major hair results as well. I am bottle blonde and I bleach my roots every 4 weeks. I expirenced 4 weeks of hair growth in just two weeks. Over all my hair has a softer texture and my skin looks great. I am hooked.
