normally I go with the "you get what you pay for" shopping motto. but it wasn't true this time. i've purchased much better pencils from random beauty supply stores for less than half the price of this one.
the pencil goes on fine and the color is dark. I was happy at first. but within a couple of hours it started to smudge and run. by the time i got home from work, I just had black smudges under my lower lids. i used it a few times and had the same result every time. would not buy this pencil again.
