Comments about Deborah Lippmann Rehydrating Base Coat, .5 fl oz:
I was initially so excited to try this line, I bought several colors, the hydrating base coat, and addicted to speed. The base coat was not hydrating, infact it seems as though it made the problem worse! Have had much better success w/ sally. The colors are gorgeous, but do not last even one day. I tried using only the base coat w/ other polishes to see if it might work better. It did NOT. Next I will try the colors w/ regular base and top coat. Bottom Line= NOT worth the extra money.
Pros
- Makes color adhere beter
- Nails don't turn orange
Cons
- none
Best Uses
- Use before color always
Comments about Deborah Lippmann Rehydrating Base Coat, .5 fl oz:
Had to quit wearing polish for awhile because it actually hurt my nails to wear it. Then I found Lippmann. What a joy. This basecoat feels great on, and protects your nails so well. Doesn't matter which color I use afterwards, whether sheer, dark, creme or frost, this is the greatest basecoat to use. Dries quickly so that you can get on with the pretty stuff to go on top. A terrific product.
