I love this eye cream. I don't have dark circles, so I can't speak to its effectiveness there, and you definitely can't expect an eye cream to erase or prevent wrinkles completely--let's be honest here! With our expectations brought down to reality: this stuff is awesome! It has the PERFECT consistency, nice, light smell, goes on easily, doesn't feel greasy or sit on my skin. It really moisturizes and brightens! I love to use it at night, it's a nice treat. However it is fairly pricey, so I wait for sales and use less expensive eye creams here and there too. This is my favorite. I love Tarte!

this doesn't seem to be very effective. Feels great on my eyes, brightens a bit at first, but I haven't seen a change in the fine lines which was what I was hoping for. I would probably buy again, but just give it another chance because I love tarte so much!
