I can't tell about the wrinkle filler claim, but this primer does make my liquid makeup go on smoother and after blending completely, does seem to make lines around mouth less noticeable and pores seem smaller too. Not a miracle, but does as good a job as others that are more expensive and claim to do the same thing. If you buy when Beauty.com has a sale you should try it.
