I've been using this eye makeup remover lately and I enjoy it. I usually begin removing my makeup with makeup wipes first and then using a cotton pad- I go in for the eye removal. I don't wear a lot of eye makeup and I don't wear makeup often. But I do find my eye lids/ eye area doesn't feel dry but it does take a few cotton pads to remove all the eye makeup completely.

I really like this micellar water. It is very gentle and does remove debris - however, I do still see bits of makeup when I tone. Because of this, I recommend dual cleansing if you're going to use it at night. It's great for morning time though.

It is really like water, so you don't feel too oily as you apply it. Yet, because of that it can hardly remove the make-up. I have to apply several times to remove my eyeshadow. Really disappointed with its quality.
