Started using this toner early fall, and it has helped me avoid dried-out winter skin for the first time in years. It is alcohol-free and milky-looking, and it soothes and calms your skin with tons of great ingredients and antioxidants. I use once or twice per day: sometimes at night after cleansing, and always in the morning in place of cleansing. It removes any residual makeup or grime, and conditions your skin. Before discovering Paula's Choice, I had never used an alcohol-free toner. Now, I never will again. I will probably switch back to her Skin Balancing Toner for warmer summer months when my skin is oilier. Although this bottle is only 4 oz., it lasts me more than 3 months, so it's totally worth the money.

Paula's Choice Resist Toner has a creamy consistency, and is a nice way to add antioxidants and skin-soothing ingredients to your skin care routine, but without clogging pores or irritating sensitive skin. All in all, it is a very nice product. However, it's not my favorite in Paula's line. I prefer her Skin Balancing Toner for my combination skin because its texture is more watery/less creamy, and I feel that it does a better job of removing the last traces of makeup. When I do use this Resist toner, I prefer it in the AM or in the winter for a little added moisture. Dry skin types will probably love this year-round.
