My allergies give me dark, reddish-purple circles around my eyes. This cream makes my eyes look bright and awake and my dark circles aren't quite so noticeable. It also doesn't irritate my eyes, which is a problem I've had with eye creams before. I put it on after my moisturizer and give it a few minutes to soak in before I put on makeup. You only need a little dab, which means this tube will last a while (always a big plus in my book).

I had tried the Korres eye primer, and got this to try as well. I have, shall we say, skin of a certain age, that I have not always been good to. I'm at the point now where finding a good eye primer, serum, moisturizer, et al is not longer optional. I had not actually thought about an eye brightener before until I tried one.
Nothing will make fine lines disappear. But you can soften the way they look, and lets face it, brighter eyes look like younger eyes. The Korres did NOT have the shiny brightness that just plain looks weird. It blurred or softened the finer lines, and made the skin around my eyes appear more radiant? well lit from within? I'm not sure what the proper phrase is, but I sure like this item.
There seems like there is a lot in the tube, so while the price may seem high, you get a lot of product. I'd actually give it a 4.5, but you can't do .5 star ratings.
