I have used this for years and I love it. My hair is very thick and dry and this adds a lot of moisture. I dye my hair blonde and need heavy conditioners. Results are amazing after a few uses, it for a week and you will see a difference. Also makes a great deep conditioner if you leave it on for 10 minutes.
