Comments about tarte Amazonian clay waterproof brow mousse, rich brown, .1 oz:
This product seems dried out. I always use a first-class primer, yet the brow line fades in a few hours! Strange as I don't have oily skin! Still searching for the best brow product (a pricey undertaking)!

Comments about tarte Amazonian clay waterproof brow mousse, rich brown, .1 oz:
Came with a very nice brush. This is a fun product, my only complaint is that it smears (more specifically, I smear it when I touch my face). A little goes a very long way, but when I eventually finish it I'll go back to powder.

Comments about tarte Amazonian clay waterproof brow mousse, rich brown, .1 oz:
After using the IT Cosmetics universal brow pencil for the last few years, I decided to try out this product on a whim and I must say, I really like it. I'm Asian with fairly straight, thick, dark brown hair and I like this rich brown color which I would describe as a dark brown that leans gray, a color similar to the it cosmetics pencil but with a little more brown which is what I was looking for. I read an earlier review which mentioned the brush that comes with the little pot and I agree that it adds so much value, the double-ended brush is nice in quality. The slanted brush end is coarse and I find that tapping it in the pot and applying the mousse with a movement that's a mix between a stipple and a stroke, places the pigment nicely for a natural look that you can build.

Comments about tarte Amazonian clay waterproof brow mousse, rich brown, .1 oz:
Completely amazing! I have tried it ALL - pencils, powders, brow gels - and still my puny brows looked puny. Nothing I've tried can compare to this brow mousse. It fills in the patchy areas smoothly, and looks natural. I was afraid that it would be too dark & look unnatural on me, but with a bit of blending & a very light hand during application, I was very pleased with the result. Bear in mind - a little bit of this product goes a long way.
Despite the 'mousse' in the title, the product is waxy feeling - not fluffy like a mousse. It won't run. I was also afraid that it might have a chemical-y smell to it, but it doesn't. I think it will take me a few tries to get the hang of applying this, but I'm so glad I tried it.
My only criticism is that I think a stiffer brush would result in a more precise application. The provided brush is soft & it feels like it will get even softer before I finish the mousse - perhaps too soft. Still, I highly recommend this product.
FYI: I have a pale/sallow complexion with dark brown hair. I chose the 'rich brown' shade & it was just dark enough. It's the darkest shade, but I think it might be too light for some.

Comments about tarte Amazonian clay waterproof brow mousse, rich brown, .1 oz:
Pencils never seem to blend well and powders fade too quickly. This mousse is the perfect consistency. The word mousse suggests a light whipped texture, but it's actually a thick paste that allows for very easily managing just the right amount to use.
I initially thought the price a bit high, but upon opening the box, I realized it also comes with a nice, double ended eyebrow brush. One end to apply and the other end to blend.
Very well priced for both these items.
BTW - - I am medium skinned with dark brownish-blackish hair. This product does not come in charcoal/black and I was a bit concerned this rich brown color would be too light. This color turns out to be perfect. It's actually more of a brown-charcoal which blends in real naturally. It defines my brows without making them look penciled in which is exactly what I want.
