This is the first heat-protectant spray I have bought. I felt my hair needed some protection from flatiron use. I was hesitant because I didn't want to spray something thick or tacky on my hair. This is so lighweight and it's easy to spray on wet hair before blowdrying and dry hair before heat styling with a curling iron or flatiron.
