It moisturizes with the non-sticky texture but a lot of bubble.
The most disappointed is the date of manufacture when it's in December, 2013.

I have used a lot over toners in my time, and they are usually way to harsh. I was intrigued by the idea of a "gentle toning lotion". Well they went to far in the other direction. This stuff has a nice light rose scent and feels nice going on, but it has made no difference in my skin. Maybe it's just not right for my skin type?
One other thing is that it clearly states on the bottle that the product is alcohol free, but alcohol is listed in the ingredients.Not cool. :/
