I use this product under my moisturizer or anytime of day whether or not I wear makeup. It is moisturizing and soothing but does not make my skin feel greasy. Rather, it feels silky, smooth and refreshed. Awesome natural slight scent of rose!
I have dry skin in the winter and combination skin in the summer. This might serve as a sufficient moisturizer in the morning when it gets hot and humid. I wouldn't recommend it to someone who has oily skin. All in all, I love this and would buy it again!

I have combination skin and it breaks me out. It is moisturizing and has a very natural nice smell but too expensive for a toner.
