I loved this eyeliner the first three times I used it, but then it was basically empty. I could not believe it only lasted three applications for the price. I am in LOVE with most by Terry products...all makeup and face products. So, I am so sad this item did not seem like the same quality as the rest of her line.

The applicator's tip is very precise. It worked ok the first time I used it, however, later, I had to try so hard for any liquid to come out. Even though it was brand new it performed like an almost empty eyeliner.
