I saw results after the first day I tried it. It works. Sinks in real fast. One pump will do for entire face. No problem layering moisturizer with SPF on top during day.

After every face wash (in shower and/or at night), I apply the serum. So easy to apply. Makes my skin feel comfortable (does that mean I'm comfortable in my own skin?). Then I apply PTR day or night cream.
I find that this "turbo" serum is more effective for my upper lip lines and my eye lines than the original Unwrinkle serum. But, then, I'm 78 years old, so I have a lot of living to dewrinkle.
