With advanced technology in each roller, every strand of hair will have volume, shape, movement and shine – the formula for beautiful, professional styling.

The Voluminous hot rollers set has been designed with proprietary Tourmaline technology which emits maximum ionic, infrared heat to safely penetrate the hair shaft, effectively styling the hair from the inside out while sealing the hair cuticle against frizz. The velvet flocking along the roller surface enhances the effects of Tourmaline, imparting natural shine to hair during the styling process. Each roller contains an advanced high power density ceramic heater which heats up to 250* F/121* C in just 3 minutes and self-regulates its wattage for precise temperature control. To ensure even styling, a high grade aluminum core retains and transfers the heat without interruption to the roller's surface.

8 rollers are all you need to create soft curls with touchable body and incredible movement. Matching the appropriate roller size to the hair section is a key part of the styling technique. 1.5 revolutions around the roller results in a voluminous curled under look while 3 revolutions or more results in soft curls. By rolling from Roots to Ends, a more even wave pattern is created throughout the hair while rolling from Ends to Roots creates a strong curl finish at the ends.

For more pronounced curls, you may choose to purchase additional rollers which are available in 3 different sizes for varying hair lengths.

Broken & Unusable in Less Than 6 Months

These rollers worked wonderfully for about three months at which point one of the 1.75" rollers cracked on the top and pieces of the edge began falling off. The other 1.75" rollers followed suit very soon after. Within 5 months of having owned these, 3 of the 4 1.75" rollers were unusable or nearly unusable - the top and bottom edges are almost entirely gone. So if I want to use them, I have to hold the hot roller directly on the heated portion and it's very difficult to get them in my hair.

The product works great, however the clips with the set are a little tricky, so I use the Conair ones you buy in the drugstore, they are much easier. Love the 1.75 size rollers!

So I love these rollers. I have medium length (shoulder level) color treated hair. By color treated I mean my hair is foiled, colored and gets touched up every 14-18 days to keep it perfect and hide any grays. I also switch between blonde and red every 8-9 months so my thick curly hair is thoroughly abused. I love some volume and curl in my hair but left on it's own it's a mess so I blowdry, put in my rollers, then flatiron the bottom layer. These rollers are easy to use because the edges don't get hot so my hands are burn free :) I have had no problems with them heating up as other reviewers have. The rollers have a heat indicator dot on top so I know when they are ready. The clips are fine but I have used lots of rollers so I know how to put them in so no dents are left...this comes with practice. Previously I used the Caruso steam rollers and they were messy, wet, and the steam could be deadly to someone clumsy like me. My hair is shiny and no frizz with these rollers. Only have to leave them in 10 minutes! Came with a great travel case and they are compact. The only drawback is the heating unit does not automatically shut off. I have to remember to turn it off or unplug them. These rollers are worth the price to me for sure.
