It's not that great for the price. There are similar options available within other brands. Results would be same.
Needs an undercoat of solid color (preferebly milky-pink).

This is a great color. I put three coats, just to get a darker pink, but you can use two. My only suggestion would be to just take your time so that the glitter is evenly placed and dip brush again for each nail. I always get compliments when I wear this, and I find myself looking at my nails throughout the day! The only drawback is that, like with any glitter polish, removal can take time. I highly recommend this color.
