I have been using the IN since they first came out and I really like the products. I use the hair gel, volumizing spray, lip balm, and several others. With the gel, I use only about a dime size amount for my shoulder length curly hair mixed with a spray or 2 of the volume spray directly in my hand. I scrunch it in while its wet, then either air dry or blow dry with a diffuser. It gives beautiful definition and shine with no stiffness, and definitely keeps the frizz at bay on humid days. I have even used a dab on my son's straight hair occasionally and it works well. I love this line! And the smell is great. I wonder if the other reviewer might have gotten a bad bottle?
