Comments about VMV HYPOALLERGENICS Essence Skin-Saving Antiperspirant, 5.28 fl oz:
I really wanted this to work, and I have to say that it would be good enough for me to wear at home, by myself. I would definitely have to shower and use something else before leaving my yard, though. It is simple to use, but it is either not strong enough, or the chemical isn't working like it's supposed to on my body. It does work great for the bottoms of your feet, though. Maybe if I used it more consistently it would've worked for my underarms, too, but I don't have time to just stay home and wait it out to see...

Comments about VMV HYPOALLERGENICS Essence Skin-Saving Antiperspirant, 5.28 fl oz:
This is a decent antiperspirant, but I don't find it to be long-lasting. A previous reviewer claimed it's aluminum-free, but, like most antiperspirants, this has a high concentration of aluminum chlorohydrate. It is definitely a gentle product, and it's also moisturizing, which is why I think it doesn't last nearly as long as DermaDoctor Total NonScents (which lasts 24 hours). I do not like the spray application, because it's very wet feeling, and it's messy. Also, this formulation doesn't feel like it develops the same barrier as other antiperspirants. It almost seems to attempt to absorb wetness, rather than thoroughly plug perspiration glands. I have always found aluminum chlorohydrate to have a strong, metallic odor that isn't unlike perspiration odor, so I prefer aluminum zirconium tetrachlorohydrex gly as an active ingredient, especially in fragrance-free formulations.

Comments about VMV HYPOALLERGENICS Essence Skin-Saving Antiperspirant, 5.28 fl oz:
For those of you looking for an antiperspirant without aluminum, this could be the one you're looking for. It's pretty effective considering it's aluminum free. I do find that I use a lot of this - 10 sprays per underarm. On a hot day it almost makes it through without losing its effectiveness....almost. I've always sweated a lot though so if you're more of a light to medium perspirerer..you'll be fine with this.
