As often as needed, work into a rich lather on hair and scalp, and gently massage all over body. Rinse well. Safe enough even for frequent bathing. Follow with Essence Conditioner. Leave on for 3-5 minutes then rinse.

This shampoo is absolutely luxurious! The look and feel of it tells you alone tells you it's special. It is a little pricey, but a tiny bit goes a long way. Gives my hair body, cleans goods and is gentle and completely fragrance free.

This shampoo is awesome! Just one lather and your hair is clean and soft, no matter how oily or dirty it was. When I use this shampoo, I feel like I'm being treated to a luxury. A small amount goes a long way, so don't let the price scare you away. It's well worth it.
On another note, I do NOT like the VMV conditioner. It does nothing at all. As soon as you rinse it out, it's gone - leaving no softness and tangles. I use Paula's Choice conditioner with this shampoo. It's great and also hypoallergenic.
