I love vanilla, but this fragrance did not work for me.I found the scent to be repulsive. I can't speak to the performance as I did not want to apply it to my body.

This deodorant can be used alone on days when only light sweating is expected or layered over an unscented antiperspirant on days when you know you will be sweating. It has a light, pleasant vanilla fragrance. It doesn't contain aluminum for those who are watching that chemical. It is more expensive than traditional antiperspirant/ deodorants. I have bought multiple tubes of this product over the past 2 years and I am very happy with it.

I was trying to find a deodorant that works that is not tested on animal. I was looking forward to trying this--even though I thought it was pricey. Did not work! I do not perspire excessively, but after just a few hours, I could tell that it was not working for me.

ok i LOVE the smell but it will fade in no time it will not last 4 hours max. and then you will smell like a garbage bag ...it's just not good enough for me and doesn't worth the money

Although this deodorant does not have quite the anti-sweat power of an antiperspirant, it comes closer than any other I've tried. I also find that it doesn't cause you to smell worse if you do break a sweat. Finally, I do love the smell. The vanilla is detectable but it's not a super sweet smell - more sophisticated.
