I use the PMD in six week increments whenever I have a bad bout of the one to three hard red pimples that appear at times & leave scars. Works great. After a bit of trial n error, I started with the green disks. Be sure to follow the directions.

I use it once a week at night then apply face creams that get absorbed better. Easy to use. My skin does feel softer. I haven't had it very long so I don't know if it helps small wrinkles.

I use this every Thursday. It is VERY similar to a microdermobrasion you would get at a clinic. I am getting the red attachment. The blue and green ones that come with are too lite for me.

I used this to reduce acne scars and it was amazing on my skin! It is not an immediate fix, it does take about 6 weeks to see results, but in the meantime your skin will feel softer and smoother.
Please follow the instructions - watch the instruction video (I know, not something I do often). I only used the small tip on my face, the larger tip always resulted in a red mark (too much skin removed). It is a serious item and shouldn't be used too frequently. I only used once ever 1-2 weeks for the first 3 months.
I highly recommend for removed/reducing acne scars.
