The instructions say to use the product about once a week, but I find that my skin can get pretty raw and sensitve if exfoliating too often, so I only use it about once a couple of weeks. It is absolutely effective. I can feel it exfoliating the top layer of my skin and when it is washed off, my skin actually looks smoother, brighter, and more even toned. It smells wonderful too.
