This is quite simply the finest eye lid primer and eyeshadow base I have ever used. It is a must-have can't live without best of the best. I use #2 Neutral everyday to start my eye makeup routine off right. Or I wear it on my lids, on it's own, for a natural look. The hyaluronic delivers a lifting, smoothing effect and the product helps keep my eyeshadows from creasing. All in all this is the primer for all timer! If I had to choose one By Terry product, this would be it. It seems to provide great moisturizing benefits while still managing to conceal bagginess very well on its own. The addition of a highlight concealer will certainly lend a boost, but for me this alone is perfect for every day use.

First primer I am able to use under my eyes that does not make my lines and wrinkles show even more after applying concealer. Makes concealer last longer. I bought it after seeing several recommendations from You Tube beauty gurus.

This primes the upper lid & under-eye area, but I still need concealer due to dark circles/thin skin in this area. I like it because it is the perfect texture, leaves the skin hydrated but not oily, helps eye shadow apply & stay on better. It is the best eye primer I've ever found.
