By Terry is a fantastic line; I've used these outstanding products for ten years. This eye primer is a must-have for me as it lightens and brings out my deep-set eyes beautifully and naturally. I'm not young but I have no problem whatsoever with the product gathering in creases; it does what it's supposed to do.

This product does nothing except make a cakey mess under your eyes. I contacted By Terry to see if I could possibly be applying it wrong (though I knew I hadn't) and have gotten no response. It is supposed to be a primer although it does have some color to it. I'd send it back but don't want to pay shipping. Just awful! I would prefer to give it NO stars!
