After shampooing, gently squeeze excess water from hair before massaging quick conditioner from scalp to ends.  Leave on between 1-4 minutes, depending on your tendency to tangle. Rinse well.

    I have normal/dry fine hair and I use this with the Bliss Shampoo. It has the great lemon scent which I love. It is very slippery and does need a lot of rinsing to get out, but it is good if you need that moisture.
