To Use: Massage a thin, protective layer of cream on hands prior to outdoor exposure. Use a more generous amount after outdoor work. For intensive healing of dry skin, apply a thick layer of cream and wear soft cotton gloves for several hours.

I bought this for my hands and feet and had to throw away the last of it because the smell lingers all day and makes me sick to my stomach. I went back to using Aveda hand and foot relief(s), and occasionally Crabtree and Evelynn's Gardeners hand lotion. They work better and smell good.
