My hair is extremely damaged, porous and naturally frizzy as anything. i always struggle with doing my own hair and finding products that do what they claim. I found this product and it has been a "hair" saver! It really improves hair texture, combats frizz and helps reduce my usual process of styling and de-frizzing. My hair is shiny and soft to the touch. My regular hair dresser actually made a comment about my improved hair health during my last visit. She asked me to write down the name of the product. I would recommend following the instructions to a T (by only rinsing out after about 3 minutes). This has definitely been a worthwhile investment.
