Alterna Professional Haircare

  1. Lightly sprinkle Dry Shampoo on the scalp and massage into hair, using fingertips to add texture.
  2. Spritz a small portion of hair with Caviar Working Hair Spray and place ends in a flat iron or curling iron. Curl all the way to the root. Repeat the process until the entire head is curled with soft waves.
  3. Separate out a small, ear-to-ear section of hair at the front of the head by creating a horizontal part. Place aside.
  4. Brush fingers through the rest of the hair to separate strands. Create a loose center braid with the bottom 2-5 inches of hair, depending on length. Fix braid using the small loop of the styling band.
  5. Pull the larger loop of the styling band to the left side of the head. Create a figure eight shape and fold the band in half, creating one, double-looped band. Place the double loop completely over the head, and center the braid in back - see diagram.
  6. Lift the band to the top of the head and position on the ear-to-ear part.
  7. Tuck the braid under the band at the back of the head.
  8. Take the remaining front section of hair and tuck in to the bob, covering the styling band.
  9. Once look is complete, spritz with Working Hair Spray for added hold.
  10. Finish with Rapid Repair Spray® to smooth fly aways and add shine.
