I tried everything on this one sweater that I loved, washed once, and ruined...razors tore holes and caused snags, tape didn't do anything...I put the sweater away (I'm a bit of a clothing horder so I figured I'd try again later) I bought this about a year later. And tried it on a pair of my leggings. It did a wonderful job, so I brought out the sweater. 30 minutes later (my sweater was full on pill) it's smooth and soft again. I wish I new how to post pictures. The sweater even had a little jeweling detail on the shoulders and those stayed on (though I went over them a bit more gentle)
Really though, it works best if you hold the fabric taught.
Its a must have for my winter wardrobe :)
...it's all natural so it does smell a bit strange. But the scent doesnt get on your clothing.

This just crumbled for me, it did not remove anything. Not worth it, masking tape works better.
