I used it three times and then it broke. Changed batteries. Still broken. This is too expensive for what you get - a cheap piece of plastic. Can't comment on how well it works as it broke before I could enjoy any benefits.

I've been using the ZAP about a week now. On zits that are already there, the device works well. I found though that if I use the ZAP when I just start to feel something under the skin, it works to keep it from coming up. Definitely a great product.
