The product works great, I really like it. But - this company has serious issues with packaging! The cap on the tube that "should" flip open doesn't function properly. Instead, when you try to flip it open the entire top pops off. I'm not sure if it's made of plastic that is too rigid or what - but it is an annoyance in your daily routine.
The packaging on their dry shampoo is equally bad. I only got a few washes from the large bottle. I think it's because the product didn't come out of the nozzle properly.

I used this product for my curly hair before it was even advertised as a straightening gel. With clean hair that's combed through with detangling spray (also by Rene F), I apply the gel to wet hair comb through and scrunch...air dry . My hair falls into beautiful curls that do not frizz or puff. I only have to apply gel when I wash my hair which is every 3 days. I have thick, wavy hair and this is the only that calms it down. Great to put on your hair when you want to leave it curly. Best results come after you shampoo and condition, apply this product to wet hair. Comb. Air dry. Don't touch it until your hair is dry. Leaves curls soft , shiny and smooth. If you do not like to go out with wet curls, plan ahead! :)
(I also use the Acanthe curl enhancer first, just a little, to tame the little curls underneath.)
