Things I Like:
>> LOVE the (Indigo) color. You can see it's blue.
>> It applies easily (at first when the tube is new).
>> It's waterproof. I have "sweaty" lids, and this really does seem to be as advertised. It lasts longer than any other liquid liner I've used. (For the record: I apply my first line with a blue pencil, blend it with smoke shadow, apply this blue liquid liner, and then top it off with another brand waterproof blue pencil. It takes layers and steps, but it's the best way I've found to keep the effect.)

Things I Don't Like:
>> The price.
>> And for the price, I expect to get more uses. As easily as it goes on in the beginning, the tube begins to dry up making it more difficult to apply effectively.
>> The "flying cap." (Buy it. You'll see what I mean.)

Did I mention how much I love the color? It really is beautiful.

This eyeliner is nice but it smudges horribly. Does not work for me. :(

So disappointed in this eyeliner. I received a sample in the blue and loved it, but it ran out quickly. Thinking that it only dried out fast b/c it was a sample, and seeing the rave reviews, I ordered it in full-size. I haven't even been able to use this three times and it's dried out. Sadly, I'm not even exaggerating. Total waste of my money. I've used other Stila products and like them, but this is NOT a winner for me.

I received this as a free sample. I was pleasantly surprised by this product. The blue is dark and brings out blues in my eyes. I've received several compliments on it.
The line is thin and easy to apply.
I really like this product.
The only down side is that it's sort of hard to remove if you use face wash to remove makeup. Probably because it's waterproof.

I usually only wear black liquid liner and when I received this, I was ready to pass it on to a friend. I swatched it and fell in love! Its a dark jewel toned blue. Not navy blue but saphire blue. I love that you can only tell its blue if you look closely, yet my eyes look a little brighter. It wears well. No flakes or smudges but I wish it came out of the applicator more easily. I have to keep shaking it during application.
