Nude
Private Nude Private Lipstick, a color-changing lipstick that morphs into each woman's personal shade, is the first of its kind to transform a single shade of lipstick into an endless variety of hues. This silky lipstick goes on smooth, and the rich pigment changes within five minutes to leave behind the ultimate perfect shade. Private Lipstick's proprietary formula includes a blend of three naturally derived pigments - annatto, hibiscus, and henna - and the technology behind the classic "mood lipsticks" of the seventies to provide a shade that adapts to suit each individual's coloring. Annatto lends a rich pigment base, while hibiscus flowers offer gentle antiseptic properties, and henna leaves behind a long-lasting stain. Additional hydrating ingredients such as beeswax, caster oil and Vitamin E keep the lip color lightweight and emollient. |

Comments about DuWop Private Lipstick, Nude, .14 oz:
Private Nude is a horribly unflattering milk chocolate brown. It looks the same on my light skintone as it does on friends with fair and tan skintones. It would be a great eye shadow color.
Pros
- Even Application
- Moisturizing
- Pleasant Tasting
Cons
- Pasty looking
Best Uses
- Daytime
Comments about DuWop Private Lipstick, Nude, .14 oz:
I bought the Duwop trio of lipsticks. I like the plum, love the red, but the nude is a big "meh" in my opinion. It does go on easily and feels great, but it's such a neutral color that it made my lips disappear. Not a good look at 56 when your lips have already disintegrated. It's still a nice color for blending with other colors, but on its own? Stick with your favorite lip balm.
- Skin Tone:
- Fair
Pros
- Lasts a long time
Cons
- Does not change color
- Expensive

Comments about DuWop Private Lipstick, Nude, .14 oz:
I have been a fan of DuWop Lipsticks since forever. True to the family history Private Nude lasts a very long time on the lips and doesn't bleed or come off on cups, etc. However, Nude has always been a tricky color: if you are fair (like me) it can make you look ghastly. But, being a DuWop fan I gave Private Nude a go. It has more of pinkish undertone, good for us very fair folks, but still too much flesh color. I was left thinking, "Why bother with anything?" And felt like I had purchased an expensive chap balm. The product goes on smoothly, but did not change color as promised. The color is not ghastly as in too white or too orange, but the overall effect left me underwhelmed.
