This liquid eyeliner seems like one of the better ones, I have tried a number of waterproof liquid eyeliners. This does not flake off, and seems to stay on pretty well, except it might start to fade if accidentally touched a number of times or maybe end of day / night. It seems like it is waterproof. It is easy to apply, thin or thick line. Soft long tapered brush like pen. Removes well when cleansing face, doesn't need separate eye makeup remover.

[...] It is great! Awesome versatility...you really can make your line as think or thin as you want (or your dexterity allows). My only criticism is that is does fade throughout the day and that it isn't waterproof. It doesn't claim to be waterproof so I didn't dock it any points for that, but for the money it should not budge. I paid less for the twin pack than one would for individually so I don't think I would pay [$] just for one. Drugstore liquid liners are sometimes better than this depending on the brand.
