I have bought and used this product in Mahogany at a local beauty shop for years. I was thrilled to find it on Beauty.com for a better price so I ordered several in 2013 and in 2015. The Mahogany is NOT a medium brown as shown on the website and in the exact product I buy from the local store - IT IS BLACK!!! When I finally opened the packages from my 2013 order and saw the wrong color, Beauty.com would not take it back. So, I reordered again this month, thinking it was a batch error, and it is still black. Now I have 6 new tubes I cannot use. Their "online chat" is closed for the day when I tried to contact them on a workday.

box claimed to one color, actual product was not color on box. ordered this before and had no problem. don't know what happened this time. product overall is a good temporary fix. only downside wand tends to break hairline.
