These are perfect when wearing a white t-shirt with no bra. The adhesive is very sturdy. I had no issues with taking them off. Love it!

I used the nipple covers under a camisole. It was def an effective product but I had to leave on for 2 days because I couldn't remove them. I finally got them off in the shower but it was a very painful process to do.
