Went to dab wand with product on lids and it is just too thick. Tried using brush on eyelashes and could not get past wand. I have brush from sample so I use that for eyelashes. As far as dabbing where eyelashes grow, forget it.

I was unable to get more latisse because my dermatologist had retired. Out for at least 2 years. I went in to get a new script and they would not allow me to fill it until a tiny patch of my seb derm had cleared from my upper lid. So, I ordered lipocils expert. Within 2 weeks, I have new lashes coming in the bottom lids which makes the lashes look thicker. I love using it before mascara to really set my curl and seems to help condition the lashes to be stronger and more healthy. They look longer. I went back to the derm today and my RX was filled. I almost did not take it, but did since I don't know what this will do overall... and I had really good luck w/ latisse. I can only use the latisse ever other day do to my dermatitis and the lipocils has caused no irritation at all so I think I will use lattice every other night and use the lipocils every single morning. I expect fantastic results.. but really the lipocils was a great buy!! A bit over half of what latisse costs.

Use this everyday and WOW, it really works without irritation. I rarely wear makeup, but went to the YSL to have my makeup done and the guy couldn't believe how healthy and long my lashes were. It's all because of this product. Before, I barely even had visible lashes. Now, the lashes are awesome. Highly recommend this brand.

I've been using this product day and night for about a month and a half. I use the tip to apply right at my lash line, then I use the brush on my lashes, of course. This stuff works. After I had been using it for about 3 weeks, a friend of mine thought I was wearing mascara.
It has certainly helped my lashes grow. I had some problem spots for one of my eyes and this Lipocils Expert help them grow. My lashes now look even and darker and longer.
