I got my forever noir eyeliner yesterday, in my birchbox and I gave it a try and I totally love it!!! I never write reviews to anything, but I'm so in love with this eyeliner that I had to share what an amazing product this is. I love wearing eyeliner but I don't wear all the time because the ones I have runs under my eyes and by the end of the day I look like a raccoon lol. But yesterday I wore forever noir eyeliner all day, by the time I got home me eyeliner was still there and I didn't look like raccoon. Love it!!!!!!!!

I purchased this eye pencil because it is not supposed to smudge, as per a review I read in a magazine. However, it still ends up under my eyes, only now the smudges are hard to remove. It does go on smoothly and has a deeply pigmented color.
